We provide 7 days of after-sales service for all orders, starting from the date you sign for the order or the delivery date provided by the logistics company. You will no longer enjoy after-sales service 7 days after the order is delivered or signed.
Situations Covered by After-Sales Service
1. Quality Problems or Damage During Shipping
- Situation: Some products you purchased in BabaReplica have quality problems or are broken during shipping.
- Answer: In most cases, we will refund you the products in full.
2. Package Not Received
- Situation: You did not receive your package.
- Answer: In most cases, we will help you track the package first. If it is determined that the package has been lost, we will refund the full amount to you or resend another package at your request.
3. Insufficient Quantity of Products
- Situation: Some products do not have enough quantity.
- Answer: In most cases, we will refund you for the missing products in full.
Situations Not Covered by After-Sales Service
- Disliking the products received or thinking the quality is not satisfactory.
- Selecting the wrong size or color.
- Providing an inaccurate shipping address, resulting in the logistics company being unable to deliver the package or the package being lost.
- The consignee’s phone being always unanswered and being unreachable via email, phone, social media, etc., resulting in the logistics company being unable to deliver the package or the package being lost.
- Failure to cooperate with customs clearance, causing the package to be destroyed by customs.
- Requesting that the package be placed in the garage or outside the door, causing the package to be lost.
For non-quality problems or quality problems without valid evidence, we will not accept returns in any way.
Note: The warehouse department cannot accept any packages that are subject to shipping and customs duties or packages that are returned without prior negotiation.
